The Frontier Bowmen archery club was formed in 1961. Since that time we have taken on a second name Frontier Archers Inc. The purpose of this club is to promote the sport of archery and the spirit of good fellowship among archers; to encourage the use of the bow in hunting; to co-operate with all organizations in conservation of our natural and wildlife resources; to maintain a range and conduct tournaments and games in accordance with the rules of the national and provincial associations.

This Frontier Archers is a family orientated club with members of all ages and abilities. Interests of the members vary from bow hunting, target shooting, 3-D shooting, and shooting for fun. Member’s equipment varies from long bows to recurve, to compounds. Opportunities exist for serious shooters to compete at a national level.

Our club belongs to both Saskatchewan Archery Association and the Federation of Canadian Archers. The Frontier Archers are also an affiliated club of the Regina Wildlife Branch. With an additional membership you can have access to outdoor archery courses. Visit their web site to find out more.

Our indoor range is open to members 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Our indoor facility has a range for kids, along with 8 lanes at 18 meters. We can also set up the range to have 25 meter lanes. The club also has equipment for the members use. This equipment includes a bow press, bow scale, arrow straightener, chronograph, and workbench to work on their equipment.

Our club hosts numerous indoor and outdoor tournaments, both target and 3-D. Our club also provides clinics for people new to the sport of archery. These classes take place over the winter and are open to anyone.
